Goals give our lives meaning and help define our purpose. Creating a vision board will help bring to life your intentions by visually representing your goals. First, create a list of your goals. Decide whether you want a physical or digital board - just make sure you will be able to look at it each day. Your board can be for a specific area in your life or a general board that includes many areas (personal growth, social life, health, career, family, etc.)

Define it

Find pictures, quotes, words, symbols, or objects that inspire you and represent your goals. They can be a literal representation, but consider images that evoke what accomplishing your goal would feel, smell, look, or sound like- the more powerful the image, the stronger the connection to your goal. Keep your collage neat and only use what really resonates with you.

Achieve it

Place your board where it will not be missed in your morning routine. Take a couple minutes each morning to look at your vision board, this helps to keep your goals top of mind as you move throughout the day. Don’t forget with your failures or setbacks you can use them as stepping stones to your success.
