Gain Clarity, Set Goals, and Foster Confidence

Your uniqueness is magic the world needs.

As a woman, you have so many wonderful qualities, yet we allow emotions like fear, comparison, shame, and insecurity to keep us from believing in and being our authentic selves.

This is a place for women to come for education and inspiration, have deeper conversations, become more confident, and live with intention.

Celio provides female mentor interviews, educational materials, and creative exploration to encourage self-discovery, self-esteem, and positive mental health for teens and moms. We also hope to inspire you to give back to at-risk girls… Allowing us a glimpse into the lives of others while giving our gifts.

Be Courageous. Be YOU!

Vision Boards

Gain clarity on your goals. What do they look like? How does it make you feel while you are achieving them? Vision boards get you excited to take the steps toward your heart’s desire. Be intentional about keeping your goals top-of-mind daily.

Don’t just let life happen to you- create it!

Mindful Art

Engaging in creative activities can have therapeutic effects similar to meditation. It can enhance self-awareness, reduce stress, and help you connect with your thoughts. You can combine positive affirmations with art to strengthen a mantra and gain clarity.

Have fun, get creative, and experience the benefits.

Creating opportunities to lift up young women across the globe.

You and your friends can use a mindful art class to create individual art pieces or a group piece and gift it to your specific organization or group.

Mentors Moments and Resources.

Mentor Moments are interviews and discussions with women and girls sharing their stories, to inspire and learn from each other.

Resources are findings accumulated to use in your journey and include: some of my favorites (books, podcasts, etc) and collections about health, life, mindsets, and confidence, all specifically for young women and their mothers.
